We recently saved a client hundreds of hours of work per year by implementing our valve monitoring app - Aperture.
The client operates in the Oil & Gas sector and had a task of monitoring valve movement timings to prove that they operate within their designated performance parameters. This was a tedious process, taking 20 minutes to check each valve on Excel - and they had hundreds of valves to check!
Intelligent Plant were able to provide Aperture, an app which automates the task by automatically running and collecting statistics on all valves. The real-time valve data is accessible in Aperture through Intelligent Plant's data connectivity tool - App Store Connect.
In a recent call, the client shared that the team were very impressed with the solution and that it had offered immediate value to them.
